School Supply Boxes- The School Supply Chairperson is the liaison between the school and the supply company. Responsibilities include working with teachers to update supply lists, overseeing the promotion of the sales campaign, coordinating delivery and distribution of supplies, and reconciling any missing orders or supplies. One incentive to do the job is that you get a free box for your own kid!

Happy Cart- Once a month, fill both PTO carts with snacks and drinks for PCES teachers and staff. Responsibilities include purchasing a variety of snacks and drinks, loading and unloading your vehicle with all items purchased, and communicating with the assigned Vice Principal to indicate Happy Cart is full and ready.

Birthday Grams- Birthday Grams are a fundraiser for 5th grade. Responsibilities include planning and purchasing items for each goodie bag while staying on budget, preparing an accurate amount of goodie bags each week for students to deliver, recording birthday grams purchases as they come in, tracking inventory of supplies handed out, communicating with 5th grade teachers, meeting students in the front office to briefly explain logistics, and walking students to each classroom for delivery.

Teacher Lunches- This chairship would work great with two people. Once a month, the PTO provides lunches for teachers and staff members. Responsibilities include working with the principal to create an approved list of restaurants, obtaining and organizing teacher and staff orders, placing and picking up lunch orders, labeling each lunch for easy pickup, reconciling any missing or wrong orders, and executing 1-2 buffet lunches per year.
