Invest in the Best Campaign: The Invest in the Best campaign is the only school-wide fundraiser where we ask for your support during the year. If we meet our goal of $75,000 and (encouraging 100% participation from our families), we will not ask for further support during the year. Donations are encouraged at $150 per child during this campaign. Although a donation of $150 per child is encouraged, donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. Donations will be accepted starting today! Please click this link to give. If your family gives an “early bird” donation during the month of August, you will be entered to win raffle prizes that will be announced at the Panther Party on September 27th. All students whose families participate in the fundraiser will receive a panther water bottle sticker in their classroom – these will be handed out in classrooms on Fridays during August and September. Invest in the Best is essential for our operating costs during the year and funds go to support: stipends for classroom needs throughout the year, technology updates, decodable texts, campus landscaping, school dismissal manager service, special privileges in PE like skating, morale boosting activities for students and teachers, social studies booklets, supplemental math materials, take-home book pouches, and many other needs throughout the year. In my Pearre Creek Era! This year's Panther Party theme is "In my Pearre Creek Era" --- all students will be encouraged to wear their t shirt to school on Friday 9/27 and to the Panther Party that night. Order your student's today --- orders are due by 8.31.
How much should I donate? We rely on your tax-deductible donations of a suggested $150 per child, though any amount that your family is able to give is appreciated. That’s less than $1/school day! All amounts are appreciated - THANK YOU!
When is INVEST? While you may donate anytime of the year online, the active campaign begins on Monday, September 9th and ends on Friday, September 29th. Every student will receive an INVEST letter with more information.
Where can I donate? Make online payments using debit/credit card or send the INVEST card and a check written out to PCES PTO in an envelope to school. Check with your employer for a matching donation program. Email pearrecreek@gmail.com to set up a quarterly payment plan or if you have any questions.
How is my donation spent? These funds are used to purchase items that the administration has researched and vetted to directly benefit your child’s education, help curb out-of-pocket expenses for teachers, support school operations, and more.
We are very grateful to our school and trust our teachers to provide a positive experience for our children. As they begin this new school year, it is essential to ensure they have the resources necessary to continue offering the best experience for our students.
